1. Training Risk Acknowledgment

Martial arts training, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, involves inherent risks of physical injury. By participating in classes at Team Kalista Martial Arts, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All students are required to sign a formal Liability Waiver before participating in any physical activity on the premises.

2. Membership Terms and Billing

All membership billing, payment processing, and related financial transactions are handled securely through Member Solutions. By signing up for a membership, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in your specific membership agreement processed via Member Solutions.

3. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and ego-free environment. Team Kalista Martial Arts reserves the right to refuse service, terminate memberships, or ask any individual to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or detrimental to the academy's culture.

4. Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us, including but not limited to emails, SMS messages, and phone calls regarding your account, class schedule changes, and promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

5. Governing Law
