We separate our youth classes into Small Kids (ages 4-7) and Big Kids (ages 8-15) so that the instruction is age-appropriate. Classes for Adults

For adults, we offer a complete schedule. If you have never trained before, our beginner classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM. If you're looking for advanced competition training, our fundamentals program runs five days a week at 7:00 PM. We also offer practical self-defense taught by an active police officer. Professor Kalista brings a 2nd degree black belt pedigree directly to Liberty County.
